Shifts Hiring For: Morning (6am - 2pm), Swing (2pm - 10pm), Grave (10pm - 6am) Full-time and Part-time

*NEW STORE OPENING* Kaneohe Shopping Center - 45-934 Kamehameha Hwy

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service by greeting our customers as they enter the store

· Thank every customer in a sincere voice

· Aid in maintaining a clean, organized and customer friendly environment in and outside of the store (sweeping, mopping, stocking, dusting, emptying trash, etc.)

· Operate a cash register and correctly make change

· Maintain a positive store image by dressing and grooming according to the company’s dress code standards

· Work in the walk-in cooler

· Sell alcoholic beverages; refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to customers during restricted hours or to those who are intoxicated or under age

· Perform electronic ordering

· Be aware of merchandise sales and promotions

· Maintain proper food handling techniques for sanitation and spoilage control, including proper coding and rotation of food products

· Preparing and displaying all food service products as required

· Complete all job assignments and a variety of in-store paperwork

· Other “odd” jobs which make 7-Eleven an enjoyable place to shop

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers

Desire to be part of a results oriented team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires constant standing, walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching / squatting. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds is required.
